NWHS is a full-service family dental practice. For those without insurance or the ability to pay for dental treatment, NWHS is willing to arrange a payment plan based on a sliding fee scale. For financial assistance, you must bring in three months’ consecutive proof of income, rental receipts, and proof of food stamps, if applicable.

Salud Dental Clinic offers a sliding fee scale, based on income and family size. Uninsured and emergency patients can receive the sliding fee scale with a $30 upfront fee. Emergency patients are accepted on a walk-in basis, beginning Monday through Friday at 7:30a.m. For financial assistance, bring in either your 1040 tax form or a current W-2 form.
