This service is offered to Oregon Health Plan Plus recipients only. The trip must originate in Marion, Polk, or Yamhill counties. You must provide the name and address of your doctor, and the time of your appointment. They will generate pick-up times for trips to and from the medical office. There is no charge for these trips.

Wheels provides transportation to Salem/Keizer residents who are at least 60 years of age or disabled (if they have a mobility aid or are accompanied by a personal care attendant).

Reservations must be made between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, and can be reserved up to 14 days in advance, and as late as the day before the ride is needed. A two-dollar donation is suggested.

Cherry Lift provides transportation services to individuals with disabilities. The service operates within the Salem and Keizer areas and is intended for people who cannot independently board, ride, and/or disembark from an accessible fixed-route transit bus, or can not get to and from a boarding location. To utilize Cherry Lift you must apply for service through Salem/Keizer Transit (503) 588-2424 or go to their website and download an application. Rides can be reserved up to 14 days in advance.  There is a $2.00 one-way fee.
