Luckiamute Clinic

Luckiamute Clinic has a long and colorful history dating back to the 1900′s. At that time, Falls City was a booming lumber town with three mills and a population of over 4,000. In 1919, Dr. Horn set up the first official medical practice in the little cottage next to his home on Main Street where he practiced until 1933. When Dr. Patrick Huff came to town around 1978, he continued working in the same cottage, but then converted Dr. Horn’s residence into a clinic when it became available several years later. The current staff includes Dr. Robert Steele, MD, Internal Medicine; Joanna Picchi, FNP, PNP, Pediatric and Family Nurse Practitioner; Margarita McConnell, Medical Assistant; and Ann Simons, Receptionist.

The Luckiamute Clinic provides a full range of family practice medical services from newborn exams and immunizations to care of the elderly. We approach health care holistically, treating the whole person, families and extended families.

We take pride in being small, in fostering personable atmosphere, getting to know our patients as people and being sensitive to complex interrelationships of health, family, and community relationships. We hope you have a good experience here.
